Paris, France, 22 January 2026 – CCE Group, a global aerospace equipment platform specializing in cabin and cargo solutions, has appointed Stef Bijvoet as General Manager of Trip & Co, effective 22 January 2026.
As Trip & Co enters its next phase of integration and growth within CCE Group, Bijvoet has been appointed to take full responsibility for the company’s performance, strategy, and execution. Tijmen Koster and Sietse van den Elzen will continue to support Trip & Co and CCE Group in strategic and commercial advisory roles, with a strong focus on growth, key customers, and synergies across the group.
Bijvoet brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across aerospace operations, airline supply chains, asset lifecycle management, and industrial services. His background spans executive roles in both manufacturing and aviation technology environments, with a strong track record of scaling organizations, leading transformation, and delivering results in highly regulated, customer-critical markets.
Klaus Hofmann, Group CEO of CCE Group, said: “Stef is a proven operator with deep experience in aerospace and airline-facing businesses. He combines strategic clarity with strong execution discipline, which makes him a natural fit for Trip & Co at this stage of its development. His appointment strengthens our leadership bench and supports the continued growth of Trip & Co within the CCE Group ecosystem.”
Prior to joining Trip & Co, Stef served as Managing Director of AerData, where he led a multi-country organization through a comprehensive transformation program, including platform modernization, operational stabilization, and international scaling. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Aeroworks and Aviall, a Boeing Company, overseeing large-scale operations, supply chain performance, and customer service across global aviation markets. He also brings direct experience from earlier roles within Driessen Catering Equipment, giving him first-hand familiarity with the cabin and cargo equipment environment and airline operational realities.
Stef Bijvoet commented: “Trip & Co has built a strong reputation for delivering certified, high-performance cargo protection solutions in a demanding industry. I am looking forward to working with the team to strengthen execution, scale the business responsibly, and continue delivering solutions that airlines and cargo operators can rely on every day.”
Under Bijvoet’s leadership, Trip & Co will continue to focus on operational excellence, product development, and supporting customers with certified, reliable, and scalable air cargo protection systems.
